Communications

The Communications Group ensures effective messaging and engagement across all channels. It focuses on building and maintaining a vibrant community, driving awareness campaigns, and managing DAO operations to foster collaboration and transparency.

Product

The Product Group leads the development and optimization of innovative tools and platforms that advance SpineDAO’s mission. Responsibilities include strategy formation, product management, and overseeing technical implementations to enhance user experiences.

Governance

The Governance Growth Group drives the establishment, management, and evaluation of DAO-wide governance initiatives. Core activities include policy formation, decision-making strategies, stakeholder collaboration, and token-driven voting mechanisms.

Dealflow

The Dealflow Group identifies, evaluates, and manages strategic partnerships and investment opportunities. It focuses on forging collaborations that align with SpineDAO’s vision while maximizing value for the community.

Programs

The Programs Group oversees the design, execution, and scaling of initiatives aimed at community development and impact. This includes educational efforts, hackathons, grants, and beta-testing programs to foster innovation and collaboration.

Tokenomics

The Tokenomics Group designs and manages the economic models underpinning SpineDAO’s ecosystem. Key tasks include structuring incentives, ensuring sustainability, and optimizing the utility and distribution of the $SPINE token.
